You do not need access to the Callroute portal to complete the initial Voice4Teams setup or migration.

Microsoft 365 authorisation is completed from the **8x8 Admin Console**, after which the initial Voice4Teams migration runs automatically.

Once your migration has completed, you may be invited to Callroute to view and administer your Voice4Teams service.

## Your initial Callroute administrator account

For the initial Voice4Teams rollout, Callroute administrator access is provided **after the migration has completed**.

The initial administrator is invited by email and is assigned the **Company Super User** role.

Follow the link in the invitation email to activate your account and set your **username and password**. Please check your junk in case it is directed there.

Once your account has been activated, sign in at: [https://callroute.io/](https://callroute.io/)

## Single Sign-On

Callroute also supports **Single Sign-On (SSO)**.

SSO must first be configured for your organisation before it can be used to access Callroute.

Until SSO has been configured, use the username and password created when activating your Callroute account.

## Additional administrators

Once you have access to Callroute, additional administrator accounts can be managed from:

**Admins > Admin users**

From here, authorised administrators can:

- invite additional administrators;
- assign administrator roles;
- change an administrator's access; and
- remove administrator access.

Callroute uses **role-based access control (RBAC)** to determine the areas and functions available to each administrator.

## Voice4Teams configuration

Your Callroute company is configured specifically for the Voice4Teams service.

You can use the portal to view users, service status, reporting and the Voice4Teams configuration available to your organisation.

Service-critical Voice4Teams configuration is managed and protected to prevent changes that could interrupt the connection between Microsoft Teams and your 8x8 service.

Some additional Callroute functionality may also be visible but unavailable under your current Voice4Teams licensing.

## Next steps

Once you have access to Callroute, see **[Manage Voice4Teams](https://callroute.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CKB/pages/2632515603)** for information about viewing users, configuring supported Voice4Teams settings and using reporting and service health tools.
